Have you binged everything on streaming in February? Looking for new shows and movies to love? Here is our list of the best new streaming releases in March.

February might have been a short month, but there was still plenty of time to binge all the great shows that were on streaming services.
But if you’re finding you’ve completed Netflix, Prime Video or any of the other platforms providing great content out there, fear not – a new month means a whole raft of new content to binge.
Here is our view on six of the best to check out.
Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man
It has been four years since the original TV show ended its run, but now Peaky Blinders is back as a movie. Cillian Murphy returns as Tommy Shelby, and many of the regular faces from the show also return, alongside new cast members including Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth and Barry Keoghan – it is also written by Steven Knight, who created and wrote the original show.
This time, the action is set in Birmingham (England) in 1940, during the chaos of World War II, with Tommy Shelby returning from his self-imposed exile to face what has been described as his most destructive reckoning yet. With the future of his family at stake – as well as the country – Tommy must face his demons and choose to confront his legacy – or burn it down.
The movie has a limited theatrical release from March 6, before coming to Netflix on March 20.
Invincible (season 4)
Adult superhero series Invincible returns for its fourth season on March 18 on Amazon Prime. The acclaimed animated conversion of the beloved comic is promising a season of stakes raised even further than previously, with Mark Grayson – aka Invincible – facing off against new villains including Thragg and Dinosaurus.
Virgin River (season 7)
Small town romantic drama Virgin River returns to Netflix for a seventh season on March 12. After Mel and Jack got married at the end of the last season, this series explores the honeymoon phase of their married life as they build their lives on the farm, which has its own challenges, according to showrunner Patrick Sean Smith talking to Netflix’s Tudum.
Ted (season 2)
Everyone’s foul-mouthed teddy bear that came to life, Ted, is back for a second season on Peacock from March 5. The second season resumes the action in 1994, during John Bennett’s senior year in high school, with Ted by his side, trying to help, but often hindering. Expect belly laughs, some crass humour and some genuinely touching moments, as you would expect from a Seth MacFarlane vehicle.
Rooster (season 1)
Steve Carell returns to small screen comedy in HBO Max’s Rooster, premiering on March 8. The logline for the show says that the show is set on a college campus and centres on an author’s (Carell) complicated relationship with his daughter (Charly Clive). While the set-up might not be too original, Carell is usually good value in anything he’s in, so definitely worth a watch.
Daredevil: Born Again (season 2)
The first series of Marvel’s rebooted Daredevil show gained rave reviews – a bit of a rarity for Marvel in recent years – so anticipation is high for series 2. The action will pick up roughly where it left off after season one, where we ended with Wilson Fisk – aka Kingpin – the mayor of New York set up an Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Daredevil/Matt Murdock is now trying to gather allies to fight back against him. Not much has been given away about plots, but Vincent D’Onofrio, who plays Fisk, has hinted that by the end of the season “something quite amazing” is going to happen. Season 2 drops on March 24.
