- The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has picked their inductees for 2025
- Outkast are among those in there
- Some have been snubbed again

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has announced their 2025 inductees, but it also delivered some notable snubs. Back in February, they revealed the nominees for the coveted honor. At that time, artists such as Mariah Carey, Billy Idol, Outkast, and Cyndi Lauper earned nominations for a place in rock and roll history.
Ultimately, of the 14 nominees, only half secured a spot in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Unfortunately, the staff did not advance anyone from the shortlist. Under the eligibility rules, musicians qualify for induction 25 years after releasing their first commercial recording. Meanwhile, a panel of over 1,200 people votes to determine which celebrities receive nominations and, ultimately, induction.
