The yearly round-up format has been so popular that it’s been replicated across other platforms, including supermarkets, train companies and other social media networks. On TikTok, it’s been no different.
TikTok had its own Wrapped feature in 2022 but it didn’t return the following year. However, users took it upon themselves last year using third party platforms to create their own TikTok Wrapped and the trend is likely to repeat this year.
How can you create your own TikTok Wrapped?
As this TikTok below points out, you can find the information you need to create a TikTok Wrapped in the settings page of the app.
TikTok allows you to download your data, which you can request in the settings page. It does, however, potentially take a few days to come through.
This enables you to see your posts on TikTok, your likes, comments and favourites, your watch history and your direct messages.
You can then search ‘TikTok Wrapped’ on Google and find a third party program in which to import the data. This will then create you your TikTok Wrapped.
What about Spotify Wrapped?

Spotify Wrapped is expected to drop any day now. In preparation, the streamer has told users to update the app – find out how to do that here.
The annual roundup, which began in 2016, has traditionally landed in either early December or occasionally late November. 2023’s edition came out on 29 November while 2022’s landed on 30 November.
Using colourful infographics, Wrapped tells listeners which five artists they listened to the most over the past year. Users can also find out their most listened-to songs and top music genres.Â
There’s also an artist version of Spotify Wrapped so they can see their most streamed tracks of the year and find out where their biggest listener bases are.
Previously, it was reported that Spotify stops tracking your listening habits after Halloween. This year, however, the streamer has confirmed that  it will continue to collect data beyond its usual Halloween end-point. It did not specify when the count will stop.
