He has had an extensive acting career but gained mainstream recognition in 2014. He played Oberyn Martell in the fourth season of Game Of Thrones. Later, he went on to starring roles in The Last of Us, The Equalizer 2, and The Mandalorian, greatly building up his acting credits and net worth.
When starring in The Last Of Us, Pascal was praised for his performance. The Independent described him as “magnetic” and the role caused him to be dubbed ‘daddy’ by the internet. He’s also a part of THE edit club on TikTok, so there’s an internet legacy for you! But in reality, Pascal’s been booked and busy since his breakthrough ten years ago and has steadily built up his net worth through high-profile acting roles on TV and the big screen.

But as his career and stardom grow, so does his busy calendar, and net worth. From his extensive and prominent acting roles, how much is Pascal worth?
Early Life
Pedro Pascal was born on April 2, 1975 in Santiago, Chile. His mother, Verónica Pascal Ureta was a psychologist and his father, José Balmaceda Riera, was an aristocrat and a fertility doctor.
He has three siblings, an older sister named Javiera, a younger brother named Nicolás, and a younger sister named Lux, an actress. Pascal’s family had to flee Chile when he was a baby because his parents were named enemies of the state when the country became a dictatorship. For context his mother’s side of the family had ties to socialism. They eventually settled down in San Antonio, Texas.
As a young adult, he pursued acting. The young actor attended the Orange County School Of The Arts before attending the prestigious Tisch School Of The Arts. Pascal adopted his mother’s last name professionally after she died.
Early career
With his graduation from Tisch out of the way, he began acting professionally. Pascal’s first acting credits are guest roles in some shows you may recognize. He appeared in Buffy The Vampire Slayer and The Good Wife. At this time he found acting work difficult and took small roles in the theatre and acting to build up his portfolio.
Theatre
Early in his career, Pascal was involved in the theatre. He received recognition for his theatre work in 2010 when he was nominated for two awards. The virtually unknown actor received the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award and a Garland Award for his role in Orphans. Continuing his theatre roots, he wrote his own play and directed multiple other plays.
Rise to Fame

As we said, his recognition increased when he starred in Game Of Thrones. His performance was praised by critics, adding to his notoriety and net worth in the long run. From this point, he started to receive main character roles.
He starred as DEA agent Javier Peña in Netflix’s hit Narcos in 2015 for three seasons. The following year, he starred as a mercenary in The Great Wall alongside Matt Damon. He continued to build his net worth with prominent films in the 2010s, like The Kingsman: The Golden Circle (the movie where THE edit came from). In 2019, he made his Broadway debut playing Edmund in a King Lear adaptation.
Pascal’s other notable role came in 2019 when he played the lead role in The Mandalorian series, which now has three seasons. A fourth maybe pending…
In the 2020s, he has starred in The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, The Bubble, TLO, Freaky Tales, and Gladiator II alongside Paul Mescal. Although the second Gladiator didn’t get the best reviews, Pascal certainly earned a good pay check from the film!
What is his net worth?
With his success throughout the 2020s, Pascal has built his net worth. According to Celebrity Net Worth, he is worth $10 million.
Earnings
Acting roles
The 49-year-old has too many acting roles to count, so we can’t count all of his earnings. However, we can give you the tea on his most prominent roles.
Game of Thrones
Although we’d love to know, his salary from his one-season stint on Game Of Thrones hasn’t been made public. However, leading man Kit Harrington was paid $500,000 reportedly per episode at the show’s peak, so we know HBO had it in the budget to pay their cast (even the ensemble) well. Reports say for his 7 episodes, he could’ve been paid around $40,000-90,000, although these are just estimates.
Narcos
According to The Things, Pascal earned a substantial amount for his three seasons on Narcos. He reportedly earned $2 million across three seasons, but these claims aren’t sustained by Netflix or Pascal himself.
The Equalizer 2
Despite Denzel Washington originally heading the first Equalizer film, Pascal also leaded the second. In the first film, Washington was paid $20 million for his role in each movie. While we don’t think he was paid as much as that, it certainly shows there was a budget to pay the actors well, thanks to the franchise’s success. Estimates say Pascal was paid around $1.5 million for the role of Dave York.
The Mandalorian
Playing the main character in The Mandalorian did increase Pascal’s salary, and his net worth. His complete salary has not been released, although reports say he asked for a raise ahead of season 3 premiering.
There is some interesting lore with the show, though. Actress Gina Carano was fired from the show, and when she was she spilled she was making between $25,000-50,000 per episode. Yes, he definitely made more than that!
The Last Of Us

Perhaps his biggest role to date in terms of popularity and salary, this is the one everyone wants to know. For nine episodes in the first season of The Last Of Us, Pascal was paid $600,000 per episode or $5.4 million in total, according to Variety. His co-star and on-screen daughter Bella Ramsey was making around $70,000 per episode.
Gladiator II
Ridley Scott’s Gladiator was huge when it was released in 2000, and the sequel was also huge…in budget, that is. It had a budget of around $300 million, so a lot of money from that to pay its actors then! Leading man Mescal was paid around $2 million for that role, FandomWire estimates, and Pascal was paid $5 million.
Pedro Pascal’s Real Estate
With those hefty pay checks, you have to have some nice property to match. The actor has a $10 million Hollywood Hills house. The house has panoramic views of LA and his in a neutral but modern style.
Some reports also suggest he owns a home in his home country of Chile and another property in the USA with a combined value of $2 million, but these claims aren’t confirmed.
Investments
The actor’s public investment portfolio isn’t extensive, but he has made two notable investments, according to reports. One is in apparently in Function Health, but more notably in Alice Mushrooms, alongside Kevin Hart and Zac Efron. What a weird combination.
Endorsements and sponsorship net worth
His endorsement and sponsorships list is quite long. The Last Of Us star has worked with many notable brands.
Games
He is quite the fan of games, or so it seems. In fact, he has appeared in advertisements for World Of Warcraft and Merge Mansion the mobile game.
Fashion/Fragrance
Pascal has been the subject of praise for his alternative and slightly different fashion choices. By that we mean he doesn’t wearing a boring black-tie suit to every award show. In 2017 he became the face of Solo, by the luxury fashion brand Loewe.
Drinks
As a proud Chilean, the actor has represented Chilean wine brand Casillero del Diablo. In March 2024, he also endorsed the beer Corona Extra by appearing in an ad for the beverage. He has starred in more than one advertisement for the beer brand.
His notoriety as an actor and versatility when it comes to advertisements makes him very appealing for brands. As well as being brand-safe, Pascal is popular with the public, making him favourable for diverse acting roles which help him add to his lengthy net worth.
