- Pubity.com takes a look

Chappell Roan has seen her career skyrocket in the last year.
Despite first getting signed to a label when she was 17, fame has been far from an easy ride for the Good Luck, Babe! singer.
Roan was dropped three years later – before resigning with Island Records in 2023, and releasing her debut studio album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess.
But what is Roan’s estimated fortune, and does she own any real estate? Pubity.com takes a look.
What is Chappell Roan’s net worth?
Despite only rocketing to fame in 2024, according to Celebrity Net Worth, Roan has already amassed a fortune of $10 million.
How much money has Chappell Roan made from her music career?

The entirety of Roan’s fortune has come from her music career – but it hasn’t been an easy ride.
The Red Wine Supernova singer has been putting out music since 2017, after signing a deal with Atlantic Records when she was a teenager.
Although it was during this time that Roan met her now-collaborator and producer Dan Nigro, she was actually dropped by the label after three years, and moved back to her hometown to work odd jobs.
However, she later signed with Island Records – under Nigro’s imprint Amusement Records and KRA International – and finally released her debut album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, in September 2023.
Roan was then taken on tour by her friend Olivia Rodrigo, as the opening act for her Guts World tour – and her profile skyrocketed.
It’s unclear if all of her 2024 festival appearances are included in her most recent estimated net worth – but Roan reportedly drew the largest crowd in Lollapalooza history last August.
Does Chappell Roan have any brand deals?

Roan has made her stance on brand deals very clear.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, the singer revealed, “All the money goes to world-building.
“That’s why I am saying no to every f***ing brand deal right now, because I’m like ‘Does it fit in this world?’”
Roan added, “No, H&M does not fit in this world. Also, f*** H&M.”
She also told the magazine that that “no amount of money” would make her consider brand deals. “It has to be a hundred percent right,” she said.
The one exception to this has been Roan’s partnership with Sephora for their LGBTQ+ campaign, which resonated with her fanbase as a symbol of queer empowerment and creative freedom.
The Pink Pony Club artist also prefers to collaborate with indie designers, queer-owned businesses, and grassroots organizations that share her vision.
Does Chappell Roan have any real estate?

While you’d imagine a singer of Roan’s popularity would own a luxury beach house in LA, the star is actually currently renting a one-bedroom apartment.
However, she also has a home base in Missouri, which she reportedly snapped up for $2.5 million.
Roan is the proud owner of a stunning farmhouse that sits on a 40-acre estate, featuring a wraparound deck, two large fireplaces and a pool that offers incredible views of the property.
The house sits on an estate on a creek, in the middle of the Ozarks – where Roan was born and raised.
