A first look at the Sabrina Carpenter Fortnite skins has been released, and fans have reacted. The singer, 25, will have her skin available as part of the Fortnite Festival.

On 7 April, Fortnite announced that Carpenter would be joining Festival Season 8.

On X, the Fortnite Festival account said in a post, “Oh, she leaves quite an impression. Five feet, to be exact. Sabrina Carpenter is bringing her good graces to Festival Season 8!”

If you’re not a fan of the game, Fortnite Festival is a music-driven game where fans perform songs as their favorite artists while trying to achieve a high score. This means fans will be able to play as Carpenter and sing their favorite songs as her.

Each season features different artists such as The Weeknd and Lady Gaga. Along with the addition to the Fortnite Festival, Carpenter skins will be available in-game, which fans have reacted to.

Fans of the Juno singer were pleased by her addition to the game. It’s almost giving Katy Perry and The Sims 3 Sweet Treats, but better! The skins are inspired by the pint-size pop princesses’ current look: blonde bangs and sparkly tour outfits. Here is a look at the skins.

X users had mixed reactions to the skin, which was rightly so. Some thought the design was nice, while others thought it aged the singer.

One user wrote, “The designer ate,” referencing the skin’s designs.

Agreeing, another user said: “Skins look fire — can’t wait to see her dance to her own songs in-game.”

Someone else declared in a post, “THEY’RE SO PRETTY OMG”, while another said, “We will be buying”.

They don’t look good

On the other hand, some fans thought the skins did not look good and did not resemble Carpenter.

One user singled out the face of the skin and said, “They ruined the face”.

Simultaneously, another horrified user said, “Not them turning her into a granny”.

While they appreciated the design, another fan said, “Very good, it’s just the torso that’s a little too long”.

Outside of commenting on the skin, other users were more concerned about being beaten by someone with a Carpenter skin. Hilariously, one user wrote in a post, “Imagine getting tea bagged by Sabrina Carpenter”.

Honestly, it would be hysterical.
