Bad Bunny will headline the 2026 Super Bowl half time show, following in the footsteps of such names as Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd, but who is he?
Announcing his role – and he will be the first male Latin star to headline the gig – he said “What I’m feeling goes beyond myself. It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown. This is for my people, my culture, and our history.”
He also added, in his native Spanish, what translates as: “Go tell you grandma we’re going to be the Super Bowl half-time show”.
He will be performing a medley of hits at the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara in the San Fransisco Bay Area on February 8, 2026. The show is the most watched event in US TV and regularly has more than 100 million people tuning in. So, no pressure.
