The celebs pulled out all the stops on the carpet with some interesting and some weird looks, but who was best dressed?
Best-dressed at the BAFTA TV Awards
1. Alan Cumming

Traitors US host Alan Cumming pulled out the stops on the carpet with his four suit changes. However, his best was his black and white structured suit look on the red carpet, reminiscent of the outfits he wore on the US Traitors. Dare we say this is better than his pink or blue looks of the evening? It’s the white shirt vest over the suit jacket that makes the outfit.
2. Billie Piper in Vivienne Westwood

Doctor Who star Billie Piper wore a stunning off-the-shoulder pink dress by Vivienne Westwood with some punk-style black lace-up heels by Bulgari. Piper’s punk style added a fun color to the carpet, and her messy blonde updo added to the look. We could’ve done without the black tights because they feel too prom, but overall, Piper looks fabulous. Although she didn’t win in the actress category for Scoop, she won the fashion game.
3. Nicola Coughlan in Richard Quinn

At the BAFTA TV Awards, Nicola Coughlan stunned in a custom-made Richard Quinn look. The Bridgerton star wore a white floral off-the-shoulder gown complete with black lace and simple black heels. On the carpet, she accessorized the look with a pair of small black shades, but once off, her flawless makeup was on display. Coughlan has a lethal face card, and the light color of the dress compared to her pale skin? 10/10.
4. David Tennant

Although we don’t know who David Tennant wore, he brought the Tony Baddingham style in his suit. The Rivals star wore a checked suit with burgundy piping and a stunning silk shirt of the same color. What is a good suit without a bow handkerchief to match? The hairstyle, a high swept over style, was a bit questionable, but he looks too handsome for us to think about it much.
5. Danna Dyer in Paul Smith

Rivals star Danny Dyer was nominated for his show Mr Bigstuff, which he won, but he also showed up for a win in his suit. Despite rocking a simple suit, his navy Paul Smith number photographed beautifully and was complete with navy blue lapels. What made the suit better was how well it went with the navy background and carpet.
6. Emma Willis in Gucci

The Voice UK host Emma Willis made a statement in a double-breasted grey monogrammed suit by Gucci. Willis completes the look with simple jewellery and her short black hair. Willis managed to give a powerful stance on the carpet with her husband Matt Willis, which added to the suit’s effect.
While we usually hate monogram looks, this dark suit with her dark hair and blue eyes is a triple threat.
7. Jessie J

British singer Jessie J also embraced the tailored look in an oversized burgundy suit with a white shirt and a striped tie. The masculine look was complemented by the Price Tag singer’s sleek black bob and understated white nails.
Jessie J was perfectly dressed for her musical performance, looking like she could be a 1960s detective or a runway model.
8. Marisa Abela in Danielle Frankel

Actress Marisa Abela had a great night at the BAFTA TV Awards as she took home one for her role as banker Yasmin Kara-Hanani in series three of the drama Industry. Her fashion game was also on point in a tailored plum bustier top with a black tulle maxi skirt. The unique look was a custom design by New York-based designer Danielle Frankel, making the look stand out even more.
Think Carrie Bradshaw but classy.
