- Beyoncé’s tour will start in April 2025
- Ticketmaster has released pre-sale tickets
- The tour is called the Cowboy Carter Stadium Tour

Once again, everyone blames Ticketmaster. Yes, the internet has gone into a frenzy over the pre-sale release of tickets for Beyoncé‘s Cowboy Carter Tour. The tour dates were announced in early February 2025, and the Beehive is waiting. The singer added new dates to the US leg of her tour just before the Ticketmaster pre-sale. The Cowboy Carter Tour is based around the singer’s most recent country album of the same name, which she won Album of The Year for at the 2025 Grammys. Cowboy Carter was released in March 2024 to a positive critical reception. The album earned the singer one of her biggest streaming days to date and broke several streaming records.
On February 11 the pre-sale tickets for the tour went on sale. Fans of the singer were not happy, as Ticketmaster appeared to crash (color us shocked). However, Ticketmaster hit out at fans, denying the crash. A representative said: “The site did not crash. We always advise fans to make sure they only use one tab, clear their cookies, and do not use any VPN software on their device,” according to The Daily Mail.
Also, Ticketmaster issued fans a warning ahead of the pre-sale on X.

At least they gave fans a heads-up!

This is just a long list of dramas in the Ticketmaster cinematic universe. Recently fans expressed outrage towards the ticket-selling company for canceling dates for various shows. Fans of UK rock band Oasis had their tickets canceled in the UK. In November 2022 during the presale for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, US fans famously couldn’t get tickets because of technical issues. Oh, the trauma…
But the latest victims of another Ticketmaster blunder are the BeyHive. Fans took to social media to react, but what did they say? Here are the internet’s reactions.
How did fans react to the Cowboy Carter ticket situation?
The BeyHive are passionate, so they weren’t happy when Ticketmaster was down. For the record, we aren’t one hundred percent sure the site was down, but fans had their say anyway.
On X, Cowboy Carter trended with over 5,000 posts. Many fans joked about the experience, comparing it to “war” and documenting their struggle with getting tickets for the Cowboy Carter Tour. Many said they got kicked out of the presale ticket queue.
One user on X expressed their anguish at losing their place in the virtual ticket queue. They wrote: “F*** Ticketmaster for real there were only 11,000 people in front of me in a stadium that holds 90k+ and they’re holding tickets for the general sale.”
Crashing allegations
Others complained that they were kicked out of the queue or their app crashed, preventing them from getting tickets to the Cowboy Carter tour.
One user said: “Did the app crash for anyone else??? I got in the queue and was about to pay then got kicked out, out of nowhere and now the sale says I have to wait till Friday???@Ticketmaster you will pay I swear to GOD!!!!”

The anger is real.
Another also tagged the brand and promised them they’d “crumble”. Insert ominous music here. The user said: ” I got played. Waited all this time for NOTHING. Resellers did their big one. @Ticketmaster, you will crumble.”

Another user took screenshots of their place in the queue and claimed they were kicked out of the queue. A message then popped up to indicate the general ticket sale that would be happening on February 14. The user said: “@Ticketmaster @TMFanSupport, I was 108 people away and when it refreshed I got kicked out of the queue.”

Resale ruins
Meanwhile, many fans also claimed they were kicked out of the Cowboy Carter queue on the site. Others said the re-sale tickets were already appearing on Ticketmaster and other US ticket-selling sites like SeatGeek and StubHub.
One user wrote about the anger around the resale tickets already appearing. They said: “The fact that there are already reselling tickets on @StubHub & @Gametime for the Cowboy Carter Tour is b*******. They let bots get all the tix”.
Another fan expressed anger at the reselling of tickets already appearing on ticket sites. The fan called for these tickets to be canceled by Ticketmaster and Bey herself.
Also I just wanna say there’s thousands of tickets on resale sites already and idk why @Beyonce and @Ticketmaster wouldn’t just cancel all those orders.

Finally, another lucky fan directly thanked Ticketmaster for receiving their ticket. The fan wrote: “Got my ticket for the Cowboy Carter Tour!! Only waited 10 minutes in the queue, good seats, AND in the price range I wanted. Thank you, Ticketmaster for a smooth transaction. See you in July, Bey!”

It must be on a case-by-case basis then. Sometimes the ticket gods are with you, and other times, they aren’t.
For all fans looking to score Cowboy Carter tickets, the general sale tickets go on sale on February 14. Good luck to the BeyHive!
