Meghan Markle and Gwyneth Paltrow do not have a problem with each other, says the Goop founder.

In fact, the two lifestyle gurus could actually be besties-in-the-making after a new video emerged.

In the clip, Paltrow shot down any suggestions of having any “beef” with the Duchess, who departed senior royal duties back in 2019. One of her cited reasons was press smears, which included speculation she was difficult.

In a video posted to her Instagram Story, the Academy Award winner said, “I genuinely do not understand this at all whatsoever.”

The camera then panned to Markle sitting at her kitchen table

This came after a fan had asked her,  “Are you comprehending the Meghan Markle beef that social media says you two have?”

“I don’t know Meghan and Harry. I mean, I’ve met Meghan, who seems really lovely, but I don’t know her at all,” she told Vanity Fair magazine.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex relocated to California to get away from the glare of the British press. In a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021, Meghan detailed how bad it got, explaining that she dealt with suicidial feelings while pregnant with her first child Archie.

She also alledged getting no support despite flagging her poor mental health to Palace officials.

Her recent Netflix show With Love, Meghan sparked a whole new wave of discourse. Many didn’t like how it showed a out-of-touch opulent life while others enjoyed the domestic fantasy.
