Sabrina Carpenter is five feet (to be exact).

But just in case you weren’t aware of that fact, the pint-sized pop star, 25, has now doubled down on letting us know – by crashing the SNL opening monologue.

Written by Quinta Brunson, the Abbott Elementary star and creator enlisted the help of Carpenter to perform the start of the show, which she delivered in musical form.

Brunson sang about the many benefits and joys of being short.

“Shorties, tonight, this one’s for us,” Brunson said, while shouting out perks like getting “wasted on one glass of wine” and wearing crop tops as dresses.

Brunson then shouted out some of Hollywood’s shortest and highest-achieving celebrities, including 4’8” Olympian Simone Biles, 5’7” actor Tom Holland and 5’5” Kendrick Lamar.

Halfway through the act, the comedian was joined onstage by Carpenter – and the pair joked about their experiences of being vertically challenged.

“When you eat short rib, does it just taste like rib?” they joked. “When you read short stories, are they just novels?”

The pair later continued with their celebrity shoutouts – referencing The Bear star Jeremy Allen White (who’s 5’7”).

The unlikely duo then ended the number agreeing that life is “just more fun when you’re fun-sized”.

Aside from wowing fans once more on SNL, Carpenter had a big weekend in other ways.

The singer celebrated her sixth record, Short n’ Sweet, being the fastest album by a female artist to have three songs surpass one billion streams in Spotify history.

The news comes after Taste – the third single released from Carpenter’s album – reached the milestone figure.

Sharing the news to her 46.7 million Instagram followers, Carpenter simply wrote, “Thanks for listening.”

The other songs to have reached the magic billion streaming figures are Espresso and Please Please Please.
