Blake Lively is seeking evidence to support her It Ends With Us case against Justin Baldoni and other producers of It Ends With Us.

Her legal team has requested the “receipts” to support her sexual harassment and smear campaign lawsuit against her former co-star and director and his other associates.

These include the PR consultant Jed Wallace, AT&T, T-Mobile and others. Baldoni and the rest of his associates have all filed their own lawsuits in retaliation. Additionally, they deny any and all allegations made by Lively and her team.

“Ms. Lively has initiated discovery that will expose the people, tactics, and methods that have worked to ‘destroy’ and ‘bury’ her reputation and family over the past year,” her lawyers Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson said in a statement about the subpoena.

They continued, “We will now receive all of the ‘receipts’ that, unsurprisingly, are nowhere to be found on Mr. [Bryan] Freedman’s website, and like Ms. Lively, those ‘receipts’ will have their day in court.”

When is Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni heading to court?

The pair will kick off their legal proceedings before a judge on 26 March.

Lively is also expected to file her own cases against Baldoni, Jamey Heath, his partner at Wayfarer Studios, and their PR team, Jennifer Abel and Melissa Nathan, next week.

When did Blake Lively file her case?

After a very odd promo tour this summer for the Colleen Hoover adaption, the A Simple Favour star kicked this legal saga off in December last year. The press tour was notable because she did not do one single interview with her leading man and director. Eagle-eyed fans also noticed Lively and others had dramatically unfollowed Baldoni.

The filing lined up with an explosive New York Times piece from the same journalists who exposed Harvey Weinstein. She alleges that Baldoni and others conspired to smear her, along with sexual harassment claims.

Baldoni, who denies all claims of wrongdoing, followed a string of lawsuits of his own. One of them was a whopping $400 million countersuit.
