Ariana Grande is having one of the busiest years of her almost two decades long career.

But despite her recent pivot to acting, she is still somehow managing to keep her legions of loyal fans happy – with the promise of new music.

Although her seventh studio album, Eternal Sunshine, was only released on March 8 last year, fans have been begging Grande – whose major picture debut came on November 22, as she is the star of the Jon M. Chu-directed musical, Wicked – for more.

And now the singer, 31, has delighted her followers by confirming that new tracks are on the way.

Although the songs may not be new to Grande herself, she told Access Hollywood that the songs are an extension of her last album.

“[New music] is not something that I’m thinking about right now but there is something I made last year that will come out eventually,” she revealed.

Sharing further details about the project, she added, “It’s an attachment of Eternal Sunshine so that does exist. And that will be coming out at some point. But I’m not in the studio at the moment.”

The exciting news of new music comes after fans were left disappointed – as whispers of a 2025 world tour were denied by Grande’s record label.

Rumors that the pop star would be embarking on her next set of gigs began swirling after a string of shows apparently appeared on Ticketmaster.

However, these were quickly debunked by Republic Records.

In a statement posted to Twitter/X, the company wrote, “There are no plans for a tour next year, but Ariana remains deeply appreciative of her fans and all their continued love, support and excitement.”

The tour was predicted to support Eternal Sunshine. It would follow the Sweetener World Tour, which ran from March 2019 to December 2019, and celebrated her albums Sweetener and Thank U, Next.

Elsewhere, Grande had to clear up comments she made regarding her use of cosmetic enhancements

Despite her 17 years in the industry, last weekend, the singer and actor, 31, picked up a Rising Star award for her role in Wicked.

Taking to the stage at the Palm Springs Film Festival in California, Grande said in her acceptance speech, “You don’t know how much it means to me. I’ve been performing since I was a child, so I never thought at the age of 31 I would be hearing the words ‘rising star’ again.

“I wanted to start by thanking my two friends: Botox and Juvederm.”

But it seems the world took Grande’s quip a little too seriously, as the star – who plays Glinda in the Jon M. Chu-directed Wicked – felt the need to clear up what she meant.

“Oh my gosh, my joke,” Grande laughed to Entertainment Tonight. “My bit.”

“I’m still clean, I’m still clean,” she then clarified in regards to the beauty treatments. “But when I start going again, I’ll let you know. I mean it. I really want to be transparent as a beauty founder, as the founder of R.E.M. Beauty – I think it’s important to have transparency.”

Of fillers, Grande added, “I love it, I support it. But I am still four years clean.”
